Aluminum hinged mat AL
The aluminum articulated belt is an assembly of aluminum bars. The AL has the particularity of winding in both directions. AL Industrie offers 2 references of AL aluminium articulated belts: AL 3.0 and AL 5.5.
The AL range, anodized and reinforced, is assembled using a polyurethane gasket resistant to cutting fluids. It can be wound or rotated in either direction.
Tensile force calculation :
Hinge tensile strength 20N/mm2
Example of a 2,000 mm wide articulated belt:
2,000 mm x 0.7 mm = 1400 mm2
1,400 mm2 x = 28 kN 20N/mm2
