Harpoon conveyor
Standard module

The standard harpoon conveyor module is suitable for transporting large volumes of swarf. It is made of wear-resistant steel and equipped with anti-kickback claws around its entire perimeter.

This 3-metre module can be connected directly to the cylinder module and duplicated as many times as necessary to achieve the required length. Its watertight case allows recovery of cutting fluids.

As the material falls into the conveyor, the harpoon bar performs pushing movements. Swarf is carried forward and cannot return to the rear thanks to the side claws. With each movement of the bar, the chips advance a notch until they reach the final finish.
