R38 scraper conveyor
Low volume
The R38 conveyor is equipped with a 38 mm pitch double chain with scraper blades. Its reduced pitch allows the conveyor to pass under small footprints.
The model most widely used in industry for evacuating small chips with a high volume of liquid. The material to be conveyed falls into the conveyor box. This is scraped off at the top. If liquid is present, it is evacuated into the conveyor case and recovered by an optional pump. All our conveyors can be designed with tailor-made lift angles of 0 - 30 - 45 - 60 - 70 degrees.
