PM3 Bricklayer

The PM3 Bricklayer is a compactor that recycles your chips and sludge by reducing their size and moisture content. It fits perfectly into a chip processing line. It can compress chips into high-density, dry, compact briquettes. This allows you to recover the cutting fluid, enhance the value of your swarf recovery and reduce storage and transport requirements.

This model has a processing capacity of 180 to 700 kg/h of aluminum, steel and sludge. It recovers and recycles 30% to 60% of the cutting fluid content.
